The Space

Sea Gypsy No. 105, affectionately known as "Reef Witherspoon," is a premium ground-floor condo with a laid-back, inviting style that perfectly complements its oceanfront setting. Accommodating up to five, this condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, a queen bed in the living room, a twin pullout, and two full bathrooms, all designed to let you unwind and enjoy the ocean visible right through the 8-foot glass sliding door.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials, making meal prep a pleasure. Reef Witherspoon received a refresh from its new owners, who infused the space with a brighter and "Legally Blonder" vibe.

With no steps to navigate, this ground-floor unit sits conveniently adjacent to a handicapped parking space. Direct beach access is just 40 feet from your door, down six shallow steps. Nearby amenities include a heated, saltwater pool, a dry sauna, and on-site laundry facilities, all within easy reach of the condo.

Outside of your sliding glass door is a shared grassy area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching your kids play in the sand or gazing at kites, seabirds, and even the heads of harbor seals bobbing in the waves. Take a 10-minute beach walk north to explore natural tide pools, or head south to wade in the world’s shortest river, the D River.

"Reef Witherspoon is a beautiful condo. It's tastefully decorated and has a wide variety of kitchen supplies. I specifically chose this condo for the second bed as my last experience with a sleeper sofa made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Both beds in Reef Witherspoon are super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Reef Witherspoon unit.

"We had so much fun. Great view I loved to wake up make coffee and drink it while watching the ocean. My daughter and I also spent a lot of time walking on beach she collected a lot of rocks and seashells. The view was amazing I took a lot of sunset pictures. Definitely look forward to staying there again.

"Despite the rainy weather,we still had an awesome stay because of the amenities this place offered. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and even food seasonings! True oceanfront views and clean space. We will definitely be back!

"Have to admit the name of this Condo, Reef Witherspoon, is what initially caught my eye when scrolling through the many options. It made me laugh & I also thought that anyone whose gone to the trouble of thinking up a name like that must care for the place - and they do! It was absolutely perfect for us. The bed was super comfy, as was the Sofa. There's a huge array of games and a clothes airer!! Not a common find in rentals, but an absolute essential! Walking distance to a good restaurant, which has lovely sunset tables. Direct access to the beach meant morning strolls just enjoying the moment. We loved it! Thank you to Troy & team for contributing to our US road trip with this perfect place to stay.

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed (with the exception of a lighter for our Friday night fire pit, but we figured it out.) I can't think of anything that needed to be different.

"We were so incredibly impressed by our room and the location. It was not our first stay there, but 105 is what we will request for future visits with our kids. We did a lot of window shopping and visited a little local bar and grill for a light lunch. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time!!

"This was the perfect place for our stay! We were only in town for 24 hours, so having the beach front view and close walk to Kylo's made it all worth it. They give a warning about being able to hear others walking around, which was true, but wasn't bothersome. Would definitely stay here again!

"Room 105 is a very nice room. It has everything you'll need for your stay. Walking distance to Kyllos. You can walk to the Casino via the beach or take a short drive.

"The room was great. We had a family of 4 for an extended weekend and it was very comfortable. The room had a great view of the beach and was very close to the path that lead down to the beach. I also really appreciated the tub walls not being very tall. It was very convenient for the older people in my party. Overall wonderful room and we plan on staying there again! :)

"This condo is located just steps from the beach! Absolutely fabulous! The place was very clean and the bed and sofa bed was very comfy. "The condo in Lincoln City, OR was great! The bed was comfy and the location was perfect. Being there only 2 days, we didn't venture more than 5 miles from the condo. The restaurants nearby were delicious and I would definitely return.

"This was our first stay at The Sea Gypsy. We have stayed at other similar places near by and this by far has exceeded our expectations. Why?... Our room just had a lot of vibe, the decor, the amenities and everything needed for your week stay or less. A home away from home it felt like. Cleanliness of our room was flawless and well stocked with everything needed especially during Covid-19. The beach was just literally steps away, a big plus! The Pool was fantastic and warm. The sofa pull out queen bed A+, the lazy boy chair, nice 4K TV in the living room. Nice back bedroom A+. (Covid-19) Another thing was having "no contact" with any staff or having to go up to the office, completely self serving in a nut shell with a door code provided to your unit, no having to go up to the office for check in or check out, just arrive on time at 4pm and check out on point at 11am and you are good to go, flawless and smooth. Of course if questions and issues arise staff is on site to help. Email messages from The Sea Gypsy pre-trip were super appreciated, it was nice with all the information needed to make your stay go smooth. You will be pleased as we were overall. FYI: Make sure you book directly from The Sea Gypsy's website so you can book the room of your choice and save money too. We are coming back! Thank you Sea Gypsy.
