Maintenance Supervisor
Chris serves as our Maintenance Supervisor, keeping our properties safe, functional, and ready for every stay. He manages repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across all units, addressing issues promptly and thoroughly. With a steady, solutions-focused approach, Chris helps stop small issues from becoming larger problems and ensures everything works as it should.

Troy isn’t just the founder of Multiporpoise—he’s a fellow owner, too. With multiple units at both The Sea Gypsy and D Sands Rentals, Troy understands firsthand what matters most to property owners. In addition, as the Secretary on the HOA Board at both properties, Troy plays an active role in keeping these communities running smoothly. His dual perspective—as both an owner and a manager—means he approaches every decision with long-term value in mind.
