These condos are great investments. Not only can you purchase a beachfront condo at a comparatively low price, if you put it in the Sea Gypsy Rentals-managed rental program, you have a place to visit any time of the year that makes money, too. The condo pays for itself!
We are the premier company for renting and managing condos at the Sea Gypsy. Our family-owned company was founded in 2011 exclusively for that purpose. Sea Gypsy Rentals has a full-service, on-site staff here to help you transform your investment into a cash cow. No other property management companies can compete, and the thousands of loyal customers we’ve gained over the years know they can book their vacation here rather than sifting through 400 listings on Airbnb.

The Sea Gypsy is in Lincoln City’s Recreational-Commercial Zone, which prohibits permanent occupancy and limits stays to a maximum 30 days. Our facility is intended for nightly rentals only.
