Guppy Love is the newest and quirkiest condo to join our family. It appears to have undergone a major remodel in the 1980s, making it perfect for long-term stays, and fun for two star-crossed guppy lovers.

This condo is scheduled for a massive remodel beginning in December 2017. In the meantime, we're renting it with all its glorious quirks at reduced rates. For now, this will remain our most affordable ground floor condo. But don't be deterred by its 1980s charm.

No. 124 Guppy Love has many amenities other condos lack. First, it has a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and two bathroom tubs with duel showerheads where you can exercise your guppy love. And don't forget about that heart-shaped mirror above the bed in the back bedroom. In fact, this condo has wall-length mirrors throughout.

This unit was occupied by long-term residents for most of the last 10 years and has many extras you won't find in other units. It has additional kitchen space and cupboards, an ironing board built into the wall and extra closet space.

Guppy Love is the most handicap-friendly condo in the building, with a walk-in shower and seat, and hardwood floors throughout. It is ground-level so no stairs are necessary. The oceanfront living area is wide and open with floor-to-ceiling wall mirrors. A sofa-bed in the living area allows four to comfortably stay here.

The kitchen is a fun throwback to an era when Wham! ruled the airwaves, Breakfast Club ruled the big screen and the Sea Gypsy was a young resort in its teens.

Guppy Love won't look like this forever. Get it while it's hot!

Cancellation Policy
If Tenant cancels at least 10 days before the arrival date, Tenant shall receive a full refund unless these dates are part of the ECLIPSE EVENT (see below). Cancellations less than 10 days before the arrival date come with a $100 penalty, or loss of the "Reservation Deposit," unless the reservation dates are part of the ECLIPSE EVENT (see below).

Eclipse Event Cancellation Policy

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR ALL RESERVATIONS MADE THAT INCLUDE ANY OF THE NIGHTS IMMEDIATELY PRIOR OR AFTER THE 2017 ECLIPSE EVENT. Due to extraordinary demand we are requiring additional deposit and cancellation terms for anyone reserving any evening including August 20, 21, or 22, 2017 (the Eclipse Dates). The following terms set forth in paragraphs A, B & C below supersede any other terms concerning deposits, reservations or cancellations. Where the language in paragraphs A, B & C conflict with any other terms of this agreement, the language in these lettered paragraphs control.

A. Deposit: The full amount due (all monies due for the entire cost of your stay) must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date to secure your reservation. Your reservation will be cancelled if this amount is not paid in full by midnight PST of the 30th day prior to the arrival date. For example, if your reservation includes an Aug. 20, 2017 arrival date your full payment must be made by midnight PST on July 21, 2017. Partial payments will not be accepted and you will be refunded any partial payment together with confirmation of your reservation cancellation.

B. Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for any cancellation requested less than 30 days before your arrival date for any reason whatsoever if your stay includes any Eclipse Dates.

C. Reservations. Your reservation completes if you pay the full amount due prior to the 30th day before your arrival date and will be cancelled on the 29th day prior to your arrival date if it is not paid in full without notice.
