Unit 325 is a fireplace suite we've nicknamed “Sands to Reason.”

It is one of the few condos in our rental pool that can sleep 5 vacationers. There's a queen in the bedroom, a queen in the living area plus a love seat that converts into a twin bed, which we recommend for kids. The two sleeping areas are separated by communicating doors, and there's bathrooms in both spaces.

Sands to Reason has a 55-inch TV in the living room, right above the large electric fireplace that gives the unit a soft glow at night. It's a very cozy condo with a nice color scheme — ever heard of Twilight Grey? — and a lot of personal touches from the owner.

There's a full kitchen with newly installed pendant lighting. We provide all the cookware and gadgets you need for the Gordon Ramsey in your party — everything except the attitude.

This condo is near the south end of the building, giving you not only a great view of the ocean, but also the famous D River. How many properties are both beachfront and riverfront? The D River is special as the shortest river in the world. It runs adjacent to the Sea Gypsy from Devil's Lake into the Pacific. In the summers you can play in the shin-deep waters, and in the winter you can watch salmon migrating upstream. A bald eagle has been spotted stalking the fish each of the past four years.

The Sea Gypsy's proximity to the beach cannot be understated. There are three access points in front of this condo that are just a few steps to the sand. Hit the beach and take a 10-minute walk to the north to find natural tide pools with all kinds of surprises.

Guests staying in No. 325 Sands to Reason have access to the Sea Gypsy's indoor saltwater swimming pool, plus a sauna. If you feel like getting out of 325's kitchen, there are two gas barbecues on site where you can do some outdoor grilling.

Sea Gypsy No. 125, which we call "Octopus in Boots," can sleep six and has unbeatable beach access. Open your 8-foot glass sliding doors to a grassy patio, where a short staircase to the sand is just steps away from the condo.

This ground-floor condos sleeps features a full kitchen, two queen beds in two separate sleeping areas, a full-sized sofa bed and two full bathrooms. The owners have added a private, password-protected Wi-fi signal.

Open your sliding-glass door and walk down a short stairway onto the sand. You are literally steps from the beach. Walk north and visit some natural tidepools just 10 minutes away. Just south is the famous D River, the shortest river in the world.

This is one of the few ground-floor units that can sleep six.

No. 109, which we fondly call “Kelp me Rhonda,” is one of the few Family Suites at the Sea Gypsy. It is larger in square footage than most ground floor Sea Gypsy condos. It can sleep up to seven people between two queen-sized beds in two separate sleeping areas, plus a queen-sized hide-a-bed, and a twin-sized rollaway. It is ideal for a party of 4 adults and 3 kids.

The convenient location of Kelp Me Rhonda cannot be understated. No. 109 sits on the ground floor, right next to the entrance of the Sea Gypsy’s indoor heated pool and sauna. It also has one of the closest beach access points in the building. Open your glass-sliding doors, walk a few feet south and take 12 short steps down onto the sandy beach.

This condo features a full kitchen with range oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave and lots of cookware to make your favorite recipes. There are two full bathrooms, extra closet space, and hide-a-beds in both sleeping areas.

Kelp me Rhonda got a makeover in early 2015. Both sofa-beds were replaced with new models, and all the dressers, night stands and the TVs were updated. A fresh coat of paint and new artwork was placed throughout the interior. In September 2015, we did yet another update, adding a new dining table and chairs. In 2018 we removed most of the carpet from the unit, replacing it was faux hardwood.

Yet what guests really come for is some family time, unbeatable beach access and the breathtaking view out the window.

No. 109 Kelp Me Rhonda can technically sleep 7 adults, although with the hide-a-beds we recommend a maximum of 4 adults. Ideal parties might include 4 adults, and 3 kids; 2 adults with 5 kids; or 1 adult with 6 kids.

Unit 111, which we call "Breakers Dozen," is one of our premium ground-floor condos.

The oceanside suite contains a queen Murphy bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress that folds up to give you more space. This area also has a sofa bed for a couple more travelers. A large, 42-inch TV is mounted against the wall. Below the television is a cozy electric fireplace, giving your living area a warm glow at dusk, just as you’re watching the sunset from your large, 8-foot sliding glass doors.

Breakers Dozen's kitchen features remodeled countertops and new appliances. There’s a range oven, upgraded refrigerator and microwave. The fridge features an ice maker and filtered water. The owners provide more cookware than normal, giving the culinary artist in your party more than enough tools for a fancy feast.

Outside your glass-sliding doors is a short staircase that is 12 easy steps to the sand. Perhaps this is the closest unit in the building to the beach. Take six complimentary beach chairs onto the grassy patio, where you can watch your children build sandcastles below, and look for the bobbing heads of harbor seals in the shallow waves beyond. Walk north 10 minutes to some natural tide pools. Walk south and wade in the D River, the shortest river in the world.

In March 2018, the entire carpet flooring was replaced with a hardwood-like surface. In the master bedroom, you will find a king bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress, as well as another 40-inch television and second full bathroom. A set of doors between the bedroom and the oceanside suite closes and locks from both sides, offering privacy to each sleeping area.

Breakers Dozen is located in one of the most convenient spots at the Sea Gypsy. There are NO STAIRS to this ground-floor condo, which is about 30 feet from the entrance of the Sea Gypsy’s indoor heated pool and sauna. An outdoor gas grill and vending machine are right outside 111′s back door, too.

Need a private oceanside suite for you and a special someone? Unit 112 is perfect for you. This unit, which we call “Prawn Solo,” is perfect for a couple, or someone running solo.

This suite can sleeps three with a queen bed and a love seat that can converts into a twin bed. It has a full kitchen with range oven, a flatscreen TV, plus a DVD player and dedicated Wi-fi. Your wireless Internet is password-protected for your exclusive use.

Prawn Solo got a complete makeover in the spring of 2018. The owner installed hardwood floors, new furniture and repainted the entire unit. The kitchen got a refresher and all the bedding is brand new.

The Sea Gypsy Condominiums are right on the edge of the world, just a few steps from a long sandy beach and nature’s glory. You have a front row seat to breathtaking sunsets and the occasional whale spouts punctuating the horizon.

Prawn Solo has eight-foot glass-sliding doors that open up onto a grassy patio above the sand. A short stairway to heaven just to the right of your oceanfront doors take you onto the beach.

This is one of the few units at the Sea Gypsy designed for just three, and the more intimate space typically affords you lower rates.

No. 115 is a ground-floor fireplace suite we call “You’ve Got Whale.” Updated in February 2019, this condo sleeps four with a queen sofa-bed that folds away for more room in the oceanside suite. The master bedroom features a queen bed.

This condo got a complete makeover recently. The owner installed new hardwood flooring throughout the entire condo. A sophisticated, key-less entry prevents lockouts. Two full baths and a full kitchen compliment this deluxe living space. A new tiled walk-in shower and new vanity was installed in the bedroom bathroom this year.

The owners provide password-protected Internet for your exclusive use. The oceanside sutie features a new 50-inch SMART TV. Games and puzzles are provided for your entertainment. The condo was repainted to give it more of a beachy feel.

The beach access can't be understated. The large sliding glass doors open up to a grassy patio, then you are just steps away from burying your feet in the sand.

The Sea Gypsy features an indoor saltwater pool, plus a sauna. We have two outdoor gas grills available for all guests.

Unit 120, which we call “Fifty Sprays of Wave,” is a ground-floor condo that is colorful and cozy. We have embraced the classic elements of the former Sea Gypsy Motel, and complimented them with a colorful decor that brings life to this vacation space. Open the broad glass doors that face the ocean and take in the sounds and smells of the Pacific Ocean. Take a few steps outside, walk down a short set of stairs and bury your feet in the sand.

Eight-foot sliding glass doors give you a constant view of the beach. Sunsets are beautiful, and so are the occasional rain clouds that appear over a flat horizon that seems to go on forever.

Staying on the ground floor provides you instant beach access. If you’ve got kids, you can watch them build sandcastles on the beach below. They’re never far from your comfortable chair, or the sound of your voice announcing, “It’s dinner time!”

Fifty Sprays of Wave can sleep up to six. We have two queen beds, and a sofa that converts into a double bed.

Unit 122, which we call “Beachy Keen,” is a first-floor condo that has the personal touch of its owner, and the benefits of being just steps away from the edge of the beach.

This condo underwent a complete makeover in January 2015. It now features a king bed in the back bedroom, and a more open living area that has an elegant sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed. This doesn’t feel like a vacation rental. It feels like home.

A full kitchen provides all the ingredients for some serious home cooking. A keyless entry system prevents lockouts. Wi-fi is free and password-protected.

There is a bench right outside your oceanfront doors, and a short stairway right to the sand.

No. 207 “Buoy Wonder” is a second-story condo on the north end of the Sea Gypsy that is modern and luxurious. What's more, there is nothing in here from Ikea!

This condo underwent a complete remodel in 2015. We updated everything, adding vessel sinks to the bathrooms, tiling the showers and putting granite in our kitchen and bathrooms. Thought has been put into every aspect of this condo, down to the dishes and cookware. We drove right past Ikea while searching for furnishings.

Buoy Wonder has a larger master bedroom than most Sea Gypsy units, with a California King bed and dressers that make this condo feel more like home, and less like a motel. We have 50-inch flatscreen TVs in both rooms of the condo, and a brand new bedroom set that is not from Ikea.

A great view of the beach can be seen from the oceanside suite, which we've left open by furnishing it with a sofa, love seat and elegant dining table. The sofa converts into a queen-sized bed, which we didn't get from Ikea.

One thing we don't have, though, is furniture from Ikea.

We call Unit 208 “Otter Space,” not only because it’s otter this world, but because it’s one of the largest condos in our rental pool.

At 824 square feet, this is one of the Sea Gypsy’s special Family Suites. It has the second largest floor plan in the building and sleeps up to seven vacationers. The master bedroom features a king bed and a rollaway, while the oceanside living area includes a queen bed and a queen hide-a-bed. We recommend children-only for the hide-a-bed. Otter Space is perfect for a party of 4 adults and 3 kids.

A larger-than-life kitchen holds a different layout than most units here at the Sea Gypsy. It features a range oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware. The additional pantry space and cupboards make this one of the best units to reserve if you plan to do a lot of home cooking.

No. 208 “Otter Space” has so much extra space there is room for a full-sized dining room table, coffee table, a reclining chair and a desk for that member of your family who had to bring his work on vacation.

Because “Otter Space” is a Family Suite, you have the largest set of oceanfront windows in the building, too.

No. 208 can sleep 7 adults, although with the hide-a-bed and cot we recommend it for parties of 4 adults and 3 kids, or even parties of 2 adults and 5 kids.

Unit 214 at the Sea Gypsy is a modern, technology-friendly vacation spot right on the beach in Lincoln City that we call “The Beachelor Pad.”

The second-story condo sleeps up to six adults in two separate sleeping areas. The oceanside suite features a full kitchen, queen Murphy bed, pullout sofa, full bathroom, and a dining room table that folds and tucks away. The back bedroom features a king bed, a second full bathroom, and flatscreen TV mounted on the wall.

Don’t let the name of our Beachelor Pad confuse you. With a king bed in the back bedroom, and a Murphy bed and pullout sofa in the oceanside suite, this is a great place for families with kids. Murphy beds fold up against the wall, giving you more wiggle room to play. An adult (or child) can also sleep on the pullout couch in the oceanside suite.

This condo has been extensively remodeled. Tile floors cover the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms. Ceiling fans have been added in both areas, as well as new lighting. The interior design and decor is very modern.

A dedicated, password-protected Wi-fi connection is available for your use. This is a technology friendly vacation spot.

When it’s all said and done, most of our guests stay here for that long sandy beach below, Mother Nature’s greatest attraction. The Sea Gypsy is adjacent to the D River — the shortest river in the world, according to the Guinness Book of the World Records. Take a 10-minute walk north of Sea Gypsy to some natural tides pools, where you will find wide range of sea life, including sea urchins, star fish and other surprises.

We call No. 222 “Tidezilla.” We have recently updated this condo with new carpet, furniture, a 50-inch TV. Like most Sea Gypsy properties, Tidezilla has an oceanside suite with queen bed, full kitchen, full bath, flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. Large windows facing the ocean give you a fantastic view of the beach at all times.

The back bedroom has two twin beds, a second full bathroom, television, DVD player and a PlayStation 2. Unit 222 is one of the few condos at the Sea Gypsy with twin beds. It’s perfect for a family with older kids who don’t want to share a bed, or for two estranged lovers in a quarrel — especially if one of them is acting like a tidezilla.

The Sea Gypsy Condominium Association provides Wi-fi throughout the complex, an indoor heated pool and a dry sauna. There’s even a gas grill on-site for your use.

But when it’s all said and done most of our guests come for the long sandy beach right outside our condo, Mother Nature’s greatest attraction. The beach in front of us is adjacent to one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River. It holds a place in the Guinness Book of World Records as the shortest river on the planet. Take a 10-minute walk north of the Sea Gypsy and you’ll come to some natural tide pools, where you’ll find all kinds of sea life, including starfish sea urchins and other surprises.

The “Sea Hugger" is second-story condo that is simple and economical. The oceanside suite in Unit 224 features a kitchenette, queen bed and full bathroom. In the back is a separate sleeping area with another queen bed, full bathroom and television.

Large windows in the oceanside suite give you an amazing view of the coastline. Watch for California sea lions in shallow waves below, and the waterspouts of migrating grey whales on the horizon. The Sea Gypsy's beach access is unbeatable. You can't get any closer without getting wet.

A kitchenette provides you the opportunity to prepare your own meals. We provide cookware, dishes, silverware and kitchen appliances.

No. 225 at the Sea Gypsy is a funky retro-style condo that we call "Shrimp Daddy." This condo stands out amongst others in the building because it still holds true to the original 1970s Sea Gypsy charm. Like a fine wine, this condo has only gotten better with age.

It can sleep three on a groovy queen bed in the private back bedroom. There's also a comfortable sofa bed in the oceanfront living room that can sleep two more travelers.

Cooking in this vintage kitchen is a real blast from the past! It has a small fridge, stovetop, toaster, mini microwave, coffee pot with complimentary coffee and cupboards full of quality old school cookware.

Shrimp Daddy is packed with lots of fun treats including a flashback Atari game system, a record collection to go along with the record player that also has CD and MP3 plugin option.

If you're up for a far out time at the coast in a place where the ocean views and beach access simply cannot be beat, then this is the condo for you. Feel the funk!

Unit 110, which we call “Worthy Porpoise,” is one of the premium beachfront properties on the Oregon coast.

The oceanside suite includes a 42-inch TV mounted against the wall, a queen-sized Murphy bed, and a reclining microfiber love seat, dining room table and a full kitchen stocked to the nines with cooking supplies. If home cooking is on your agenda during this beach vacation, this is the spot for you.

This condo has 8-foot glass sliding doors that open right up onto the edge of the beach. Outside your beachfront doors is a short staircase that is 12 easy steps to the sand. An outdoor gas grill and vending machine are right outside 110′s back door, too.

Unit 228, which we call “Return of the Jetty,” is a modern, remodeled condo at the south end of the Sea Gypsy that overlooks the famous D River and features an equally famous view of the Great Pacific.

Enjoy a spectacular, unobstructed view of the beach and the crashing waves of the ocean from a wall of windows in the living room. Two luxurious beds sleep four people comfortably; a queen in the living room and a king in the private master suite.

The two full bathrooms are tastefully decorated and feature an abundance of generously sized bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Our full kitchen will satisfy all your cooking whims. It features full-sized appliances and cupboards full of pots, pans and utensils.

This condo has seen a lot of improvements over the past few years. The owners have installed new hardwoodlike floors, new carpet and repainted. The electric fireplace seals the deal as the sun sets and the mood turns romantic.

Enjoy an indoor heated pool and sauna, as well as access to two outdoor gas grills.

No. 311, which we call “Lord of the Tides,” is one of our most spacious condos. Because it is on the third-floor, the view cannot be beat. It has recently been updated with new ultra soft carpet, new light fixtures, new draperies, bedding, wall decor and a 55-inch flat-screen TV.

It is easy to spend hours sitting in front of the wall of windows enjoying the unobstructed view of the beach and the crashing waves of the ocean.

Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy the convenience of home cooking. This condo has a full kitchen with range oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave, toaster, crockpot and all the dishes and cooking supplies you could need. Enjoy the privacy of two separate sleeping areas that each feature comfortable queen beds as well as two full bathrooms.

From your front windows, gaze to the north to observe the natural tide pools, which are a short 10-minute walk away. Turn to the south and observe the D River, the shortest in the world. Gaze out into the water, and look for fishing boats and the occasional whale spout dotting the horizon.

Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool and sauna, and if you feel like getting out of 311′s kitchen, there are two gas grills on the property available for you to barbecue! We provide all the linens, towels, toiletries, cookware and complimentary coffee. This isn’t a motel room. It’s home!

Dock Cousteau is a spacious third-floor condo that sleeps six with a most spectacular ocean view.

Updated in June 2014, Sea Gypsy No. 319 features a queen bed in the oceanside suite, plus a convertible sofa that becomes a double bed. It has two full bathrooms and is nearly 658 square feet. Cook your own meals in our kitchenette. Enjoy the privacy of two separate sleeping areas. There is another queen in the master bedroom.

Watch for whales spouts dotting the horizon, or the occasional harbor seal in the shallow waves. The Sea Gypsy's beach access cannot be beat.

Ahoy there! We have this spacious, top floor condo nicknamed "Ahoy Named Sue." This is No. 322 at the Sea Gypsy, and because it is on the top floor, it provides one of the best ocean views in the building, as well as having the benefit of never having to hear footsteps above you.

This condo can sleep up to six people. It features a queen bed in the back bedroom, a queen sized, pull-down Murphy bed (great for putting back up and creating more space during the day), as well as a hide-a-bed couch, both in the oceanside suite. Ahoy Named Sue is perfect for your family of six.

Other features include a full kitchen with a full sized range oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware. There is also a mini fridge in the back bedroom and two full bathrooms, stocked with fluffy towels and a starter supply of toiletries.

This is one of the most affordable condos in our rental pool. What's more, you'll enjoy the breathtaking wall of windows that give you that hypnotizing view of the Pacific sea. If you feel like getting out and enjoying some of that view first hand, you're in luck because the Sea Gypsy has arguably the best beach access in all of Oregon. Just 12 steps from the ground floor of the building until your feet are in the sand!

Sea Gypsy No. 326, which we've nicknamd “Shore Thing,” is one of the Sea Gypsy's more deluxe living spaces. There is hardly a single square foot in this spacious condo that has not been remodeled and upgraded in the past two years.

Shore Thing enjoys a spacious front room, where the beachfront suite is not encumbered by a bed. It is adorned with plush new furniture, including a comfortable pullout sofa that packs away during the day for more wiggle room.

The kitchen has been remodeled with new countertops and upgraded fixtures. The entire condo was recently repainted and re-carpeted. Along with a full kitchen comes two full bathrooms and a master bedroom in the back with a king bed. While this condo has more deluxe amenities than most, it’s still that picture perfect view of the beach from your front windows that draws most guests here. And because 326 is on the third floor, there isn’t a better view in the building.

Squid Pro Quo is located on the south end of the Sea Gypsy, giving you an impressive view of that little body of water out there we like to call the Pacific Ocean. As a bonus, it also stands right above the D River, where you can watch migrating salmon traversing up the shortest river in the world. A bald eagle can be seen on occasion stalking the fish.

Bring the family (or some friends) because six people can sleep here. There is a king bed in the back bedroom and one in the oceanside suite as well as two full bathrooms. A queen-sized sleeper sofa has just can sleep two more. Both rooms feature flat screen TVs and DVD players for a little nighttime entertainment. "Air Bud," anyone?

Another great thing about No. 327 is the full kitchen. Bring some of those home cookin' skills with you and take advantage of the range oven, cooktop, fridge and a microwave.

Have dinner right by our windows at the dining room table, which is great for enjoying meals or playing games while keeping an eye on the sea. Hours can be spent at the oversized window watching whales and seals.

Unit 117, which we call “Anchor Management,” is a premium, beachfront condo on the ground floor.

The oceanside suite includes a simulated fireplace, 42-inch TV mounted against the wall, pullout sofa, dining room table and a full kitchen with cookware, range, large refrigerator and a dishwasher.

This condo got a nice makeover in April 2018. The owners installed new hardwood flooring (not yet pictured) to go with a new sofa bed and other upgrades.

Enjoy a spectacular, unobstructed view of the beach and the crashing waves of the ocean from a wall of windows in the living room. This condo can sleep six comfortably. There are two luxurious queen beds; one in the living room as well as another in the private master suite. A sofa bed in the living room converts into a full sized bed.

No. 223 at the Sea Gypsy is a fun and eclectic condo we call "Surf du Soleil."

The second floor view from the south end provides an awesome view of the D River as it feeds into the Pacific Ocean. Certain times of the year you can view migrating salmon coming up the river, and a Bald Eagle that stalks the fish. Harbor seals lurk in the shallow waters at the mouth of the river.

No. 223 Surf du Soleil sleeps four on two beds, both with beachy new bedding — one in the oceanside suite and the other in the private back bedroom.

Bring some new recepies to try out in this condo's full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and coffee pot with complimentary coffee.

No. 206 at the Sea Gypsy is classic beachfront condo called "Aqua'd Moments."

This condo is totally brand new. It has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, carpet, drywall, tubs, bathrooms, bedding and the works. The oceanfront suite is free of clutter, making it spacious with a sofa-bed that is warm and inviting. There is a full bathroom in the oceanside suite. A regular queen bed and a second full bathroom is located in the back bedroom.

The condo recently changed ownership and underwent a complete makeover. Formerly known as "Four Sea Sons," the condo now has a new personality and an aqua theme.

There are two separate sleeping areas to avoid unecessary awkward moments and embrace the aqua'd moments.

The newly remodeled kitchen includes cookware, a range oven, refrigerator and microwave. No need to eat out. This isn’t a hotel room, it’s a condo twice the size.

'Bonfire of the Manatees' is a fantastic ground floor condo at the Sea Gypsy.

It sleeps up to four people on two queen beds, one in the oceanside suite and the other in the back bedroom.

There are two full bathrooms as well as a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full sized fridge, glass top oven, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of cookware.

This condo has two flat screen TVs with DVD players as well as a DVD library. There is a small electric fireplace in the oceanside suite and a table situated by the sliding glass door to play games at while watching the ocean!

Sea Gypsy No. 308, which we call "The Codfather," is one of the premium beachfront properties on the Oregon Coast. Bring the whole family because this condo can sleep up to eight people! It has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and unbeatable beach views!

The oceanside suite contains a queen Murphy bed that folds up to give you more space. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa and two twin-sized sleeper sofas. In the private Master Bedroom is a king-sized bed and the ever-so-rare washer/dryer combo. The bathroom connected to the master features a modern, tiled walk-in shower.

This is one of the Sea Gypsy's rare Family Suites with extra room geared toward families. But even smaller parties of two will enjoy the spaciousness and extra touches.

The Codfather has an excellent kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator, microwave and cookware.

If the huge oceanfront window's aren't quiet enough entertainment for you, there are two flat screen TVs in this condo, as well as an electric fireplace for ambiance and some games!

Sea Gypsy No. 203, which we've nicknamed "Orion Seaquest," is a standout condo with an emphasis on cooking and comfort. It features a unique kitchen floor plan with more space and culinary amenities for the Julia Child in your party. There's even a dishwasher, which most Sea Gypsy condos lack.

The master bedroom features a soft king bed, and an upgraded bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and an overhead fan to cycle that cool ocean breeze through your condo. A sofa bed in the oceanside suite can sleep two more adults for a total of four vacationers. The living area features one of the most unique floor plans at our facility. The kitchen is huge for a Sea Gypsy condo. You won't find an identical kitchen anywhere else in our complex.

Aside from the interior comfort, this condo draws guests because of its access to the beach. The Sea Gypsy is as close to the ocean as you can get without getting soaked. There are three short staircases on our oceanfront patio that take you down onto the sand. The shortest beach access point is just six steps.

From your large oceanfront window, you can watch for grey whales and sea lions dipping in and out of the shallow waves. Natural tide pools are a short 10-minute walk north where you can find hermit crabs, sea urchins, starfish and other surprises. The famous D River is just steps to the south and adjacent to our facility. It is the shortest river in the world, and a great place for kids to play in the shin deep water.

We have an indoor saltwater pool open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. There's a dry sauna in the pool facility as well. There are two gas barbecues on site available for your use.

Unit 304 is a simple, eloquent and spacious condo we call "Shell in a Handbasket." It was completely remodeled from head to toe in 2015 and has a nice, new feel to it. Perched on the top floor, you can view cargo vessells on the horizon migrating on their shipping routes, and observe the grey whales closer migrating as part of their mating ritual.

No. 304 Shell in a Handbasket sleeps four on a brand new queen sized murphy bed in the oceanside suite and another queen sized bed in the private bedroom. The oceanfront suite is wide and open with two relaxing chairs, a loveseat and a flatscreen TV with DVD player and a DVD library. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, range oven and cooktop, microwave and cookware.

"Coastbusters" is two lavish beachfront condos combined into one luxurious penthouse, located at the former Sea Gypsy Motel. This is the largest and most upscale condo within our rental pool. It was recently renovated and not a single detail has been overlooked.

It sleeps up to six people. There is a king-sized SleepNumber bed, a queen bed and a queen-sized pullout with an upgraded air-filled mattress. There is a full kitchen with all the bells and whistles. It features a full-sized side-by-side fridge/freezer with an ice maker and filtered water, microwave, oven with glass flat top stove, dishwasher, regular coffee pot, double toaster and plenty of cookware! There is also a wet bar with a mini fridge, sink, wine chiller and more cabinet space.

The condo features three full-sized bathrooms which have been completely decked out! They have tiled shower surrounds, gorgeous vessel sinks, and a walk-in glass shower with a rain shower head.

In addition, there are three flat screen TVs in the condo, each with Blu-ray players. A 55-inch, a 48-inch and a 60-inch 3D TV, which comes with a few 3D DVDs and several pairs of 3D glasses.

We could go on and on about the luxurious upscale details on the inside of Coast Busters but let's not forget about the main reason to stay here .. .the ocean is RIGHT out your windows! The Sea Gypsy features the best beach access around, just 12 steps until your feet hit the sand.

This penthouse suite also has the benefit of extra windows on the south end of the building, looking down upon the famous D River. Watch for migrating salmon certain times of the year, and the Bald Eagle that stalks them seasonally.

Sea Gypsy No. 106, which we call "Head over eels," is a unique ground-floor condo with hardwood-style floors and a cool vibe.

There are no stairs to this condo. You can open your glass-sliding door right onto a grassy patio, which is just steps from the sand. No. 106 was remodeled from head to toe in 2015 with updates including new flooring, paint, cabinets, fixtures and more!

This condo can sleep up to four people. There is a super comfy king bed in the master bedroom. The oceanside suite has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms as well as a full kitchen with tons of cookware, including a crockpot, popcorn popper, panini press, blender and more!

There is complimentary password-protected Wi-fi in this condo as well as a Bluetooth speaker for you to sync your smart phone or MP3 player. For more fun, take a dip in our heated indoor salt water pool then dry off in our cozy sauna.

The Sea Gypsy is adjacent to the famous D River, the shortest in the world. In the spring and summer your kids can play in the shin-deep river. In the winter you can watch migrating salmon scamper up the water. A short walk on the beach north takes you to some tide pools with sea urchins, hermit crabs and other surprises.

Unit 116 "Gulls Just Want to Have Fun" features the convenience of the ground floor, and the benefit of an open living area.

The oceanside features a queen-sized sleeper sofa that tucks away, giving you and your family a comfortable space to relax and watch the waves. Open those large oceanfront windows, step out onto the grassy patio and snap a sunset photo with your smart phone. Then, take a short stairway 12 steps onto the beach for some recreation. You're that close!

The full kitchen is appointed with everything you need for some home cooking. But if you're not into baking while vacationing, there is Kyllo's Restaurant right next door.

No. 116 Gulls Just Want to Have Fun was completely remodeled in March 2018. It has brand new carpet, a new sleeper-sofa, new rollaway and many fresh amenities. There are communicating doors that separate the oceanfront suite from the master bedroom, allowing privacy between two sleeping areas. No. 116 was formerly nicknamed "Sharks & Rec" prior to its recent ownership change.

This condo can sleep five vacationers: two on the queen bed in the bedroom, two on the sofa-bed, and one on the twin rollaway. It's perfect for families of up to 5, and a great choice if your kids would rather not share a bed!

The Sea Gypsy features an indoor salt-water pool and sauna.

Waves of our Lives is the Sea Gypsy's newest premier groundfloor vacation rental. It is located at the south end of our landmark facility near the D River, allowing us to call it both a beachfront and riverfront condo. Take a step away from your stressful lives relax with Waves of our Lives.

This condo sleeps up to four people with a brand new, super comfy king bed in the master bedroom, and a pullout sofa in the oceanfront suite. Every inch of this condo has been remodeled. The entire unit is covered with pergo floor or tile for a nice and clean feel.

The full kitchen has been totally remodeled, with new tile countertops and stunning pendant lighting which can be dimmed to fit the mood. Even the refrigerator is an upgrade when compared to other Sea Gypsy condos.

The bathrooms have the same gorgeous tile that the kitchen displays and they also have wonderful vanity tops with drawers and cupboards to put away personal belongings during your stay.

There is a table situated by the sliding glass door where you can play games while watching the ocean. Look south and you have one of the best views of the D River, where you can catch migrating salmon certain times of the years. On the right day, you'll catch the bald eagle stalking them.

Sea Gypsy Unit 227 sits at the south end of our building where the currents of the famous D River collide with the high waves of the Pacific. We call this condo Life is a Highwave.

At 634 square feet, this condo features not one, but two separate sleeping areas. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin-sized rollaway. In the oceanside suite is a top-of-the-line queen-sized sleeper sofa. This condo has a large, comfortable reclining chair in the living room as well as a rocking chair. A dining table rests at the oceanfront windows, where you can watch the beach below and the river to the south.

The D River is famous because it's the shortest river in the world. It is fun to wade in during the warmer months, and interesting to watch in the winter when salmon migrate up its shallow waters. The occassional bald eagle swoops in and snags one for a meal. The river and ocean change constantly from week to week and month to month accross the sandy landscape.

The Sea Gypsy is right on the beach, just steps away from the sand. Walk 10 minutes north to some natural tidepools, where you can view starfish, hermit crabs and other surprises.

We have an indoor heated pool and sauna as well.

Sea Gypsy No. 103 is a ground floor condo we call "Beaches Be Crazy."

Situated at the north end of our facility, you're just a few feet away from the Sea Gypsy's shortest beach access point, which is just six steps from the sand. You can literally go Zero to Beach in 10 seconds.

We know, you've had a hard week at work and you need a vacation. Stay here, and we can promise this: If you've got 99 problems, a beach ain't one. At least not any more.

You can quit your beachin' as you kick up your feet and take in the view on the patio with our complimentary beach chairs. We have a full kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, two bathrooms and a king bed in the master bedroom. Additionally, we have our own private, password-protected Wifi in our condo. Our condo was completely remodeled in 2015 with new drywall, appliances, cabinets, paint, carpet, shower surrounds and the works.

We have a Lift Chair, a cool new 50-inch TV with DVD/Blu-ray player, plus several board games in the oceanfront suite. The master bedroom has some extras, too, including a dual shower head in the bathroom and a hair dryer. When you first walk in to the condo, you'll take a look at your new surroundings and say, "Beach, please!"

That's right, it's the coast you're here for. We can brag about this condo and its amenities, or the indoor salt-water pool at our facility, but when it's all said and done it's all about the ground floor, the beach access and the unbelievable view. As sunset nears, and the condo fills with an evening glow, grab a chair and look out your eight-foot sliding glass doors and watch that Sun of Beach go down.

"Sunset Delight" is the name of condo 219 at the Sea Gypsy. It was completely remodeled from head to toe in 2016 and the owners have gone out of their way to make sure each detail is classy and useful for a perfect beach getaway.

The condo features gorgeous upgrades such as beadboard walls and ceilings throughout, ceiling fans in both rooms to keep a nice ocean breeze flowing through and a kitchen that is adorned with beautiful glass subway tile, butcher block countertops and a high-end feel.

The oceanside suite has a new, queen-sized pullout sofa as well as a couple of comfy rocking chairs for reading and watching the waves. Enjoy the custom-built electric fireplace that puts off a cozy, ambient glow underneath the large, flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player.

Enjoy cooking in the stunning full kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, and one of the few Sea Gypsy condos that has a dishwasher! This kitchen is very nicely equiped with items such as a small crockpot, hand mixer, cookware and bakeware pans so you can make all your favorite recipes during your stay. The kitchen island doubles as a dining room table with seating for four.

Down the hallway is a full-sized bathroom with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower with a glass door. We stock it with shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hair dryer so you can pack a little lighter.

The private bedroom has a comfortable new king-sized bed with dresser drawers underneath as well as a closet for hanging items so you can unpack and feel at home during your stay. There is a flat screen TV mounted to the wall as well a clock radio for your use.

Additional amenities in this condo include an iron with ironing board, binoculars, small ice chest, roasting forks for campfire use and bocci ball!

This condo is a true gem. On top of all its wonderful features, the unobstructed ocean view simply cannot be beat. If you can pull yourself away from all of its interior comforts, you can spend some time in our heated indoor salt water pool and sauna. Or make use of the two gas grills, which can be found near the pool area.

Ready for the beach? The Sea Gypsy has three beach access points, all with just a few steps down to the sand. Arguably, the best beach access in Lincoln City and the D River (which is the world's shortest) is right next to our building and features shallow areas for children to play in.

Unit 102, which we call "Shellfish Endeavor," is a beautiful, recently remodeled condo at the north end of the Sea Gypsy. It's worth noting there are three beach access points at our facility, with Shellfish Endeavor right next to the shortest: just six steps onto the sand!

No. 102's oceanside suite contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a brand new TV and comfortable leather chairs. Sit at the 8 foot sliding glass door and watch the waves all day. Step outside your glass door onto a grassy patio and take that small staircase down onto the sandy beach.

There are many great resturants in Lincoln City but the kitchen in Shellfish Endeavor gives you the opportunity to relax in the condo and cook some of your favorite receipes. The owners have provided plenty of cookware, a range oven, a microwave and full-sized fridge.

Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo so you can relax with a soothing bubble bath after a day on the ocean.

A hallway leads from the oceanside suite to the master bedroom, where you will find a brand new king bed. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom as well as a small closet to put some of your things away. Attached to the bedroom is a second full bathroom.

Welcome to Barnacles of Narnia. Step into this realm and enjoy its magical view. This condo, No. 204 at the Sea Gypsy, has a breathtaking view of the ocean, perched on the second floor of our famous facility.

This condo couldn't be any closer to the beach without getting wet. Stay with us for a couple days and explore a world of treasures right outside your door. There are natural tidepools nearby with hermit crabs, starfish, sea urchins and other surprises, like barnacles! In the other direction is the D River, where in the winter you can watch salmon migrate inland, and in the summer you can frolic in the ankle-high water.

Barnacles of Narnia has a warm, cozy feel. Everything in this condo is brand new: the carpet, the furniture, the TVs, the beds. Even the sheetrock. This condo was reconstruced and redesigned from scratch.

The full kitchen has everything you need to stay home and cook breakfast while you watch the ocean. Try one of the Sea Gypsy's famous recipes: ever heard of buiscuits and wavy?

This condo sleeps six in two separate sleeping areas. There's a brand new queen bed in the master, along with a private bath. In the oceansfront suite we have another queen bed and a pullout sofa.

Sea Gypsy No. 209 is a family suite which we call "Starfish Enterprise." This large condo can dazzle six vacationers with it's magnificent ocean view right out an oversized living room window. Beach access is just 12 steps down to the sand and the condo comes with six folding beach chairs for your campfire at night.

Even on a stormy day, you have everything you need inside this well-appointed condo. There's an electric fireplace which puts out a soothing ambient glow while you watch the roaring waves. A DVD library provides hours of entertainment while you curl up on the couch and keep an eye on the view. Take a break from movie watching and play one of the board games provided by the owner.

One thing that sets this condo apart from a standard hotel room is its lavish kitchen. It has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, an oven, full-sized fridge, plenty of cookware and a full-sized dishwasher, which is a rare amenity at the Sea Gypsy! Bring family members or a few friends along because there's room for everybody! The private bedroom has its own entrance, a king bed and a private bathroom. Sea Gypsy No. 309 is not a box with four walls like you get with a hotel room. This is a spacious vacation condo we call "Afternoon DeLighthouse." It's perched on the top floor of the Sea Gypsy with an epic view of the beach.

Afternoon DeLighthouse is in a class of special family suites at the Sea Gypsy. At 848 square feet, it is 28 percent larger than a standard third-floor condo. It is bigger, wider and has huge oceanfront windows. It can sleep up to eight guests in total: five in the oceanfront living room on a queen Murphy bed, a queen sofa-bed, a full-sized sofa-bed and a twin-sized sleeper chair. Two can sleep in the bedroom on a comfy queen bed.

There's also an oversized kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave — everything you need for the Anthony Bourdain in your party.

There are two full bathrooms, a private bedroom and a large living area with an oversized window. From this view, you can spot migrating grey whales moving down the coastline. Harbor seals bob their little heads at the mouth of the D River. A bald eagle can be spotted spotted stalking salmon moving up the river certain times of the year.

All the beds in the living room fold away during the day, giving you a huge gathering area perfect for bachelorette parties or family reunions. A dining table gives you a great spot to have family dinners.

The Sea Gypsy is as close to the beach as you can get. We have three beach access points in front of our facility, with the shortest being just six steps to the sand.

Guppy Love is one of the newest and quirkiest condos in our Sea Gypspy family. It appears to have undergone some major renovations in the 1980s, making it perfect for long-term stays, and fun for two star-crossed guppy lovers. It most recently modernized in March 2018.

No. 124 Guppy Love has many amenities other condos lack. It has a dishwasher and two bathrooms with duel showerheads where you can exercise your guppy love. And don't forget about that heart-shaped mirror above the new king bed in the back bedroom.

Guppy Love is the most handicap-friendly condo in the building, with a walk-in shower and seat, grab bars and hardwood floors throughout. It is ground-level so no stairs are necessary. The oceanfront living area is wide and open. A brand new sofa-bed in the living area allows four to comfortably stay here. There's a big comfy lift chair right by the oceanfront windows. All the furnishings in this condo are new as of March 2018.

The access to the beach can't be beat. Right outside our big, 8-foot glass sliding door is a stairway to the beach. When you walk out onto the patio, you can look south and see the famous D River — the world's shortest — which runs adjacent to the Sea Gypsy. When you look north you can see natural tide pools, which are just a short 10-minute walk up the beach. All Sea Gypsy guests have access to our indoor pool and a dry sauna.

"Ships & Giggles" is what we have fondly named No. 314 at the Sea Gypsy. Because it is on the top floor, it boasts some of the best views of the beach and the ships traversing the ocean horizon.

The condo sleeps up to four people. The master bedroom has it's own entrance. Once inside, you will find a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. There's also a washer and dryer in this condo, which is a rare Sea Gypsy amenity.

As you walk out to the oceanfront suite you will find a full-sized sleeper sofa and huge windows that look right out onto the Pacific. Two more travelers can sleep in the suite, which has a second bathroom. The owners recently added two very comfortable reclining chairs. Kick back, recline and watch all the activities below. You will occasionally see harbor seals and sea lions bobbing their heads up from the shallow waves. You'll see the spouts of migrating grey whales as well. The famous D river is just to the south, while to the north is a collection of rocky formations that include natural tide pools.

Don't forget to bring your favorite recipes and some butter because "Ships & Giggles" has a full kitchen for the Julia Child in your party. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and features a refrigerator, oven and microwave. We also have two gas grills on-site if you're in the mood for some barbecuing outside.

The condo comes with access to our heated, indoor pool and dry sauna which are open for guest use between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Unit 324 is a spacious condo we call "Biscuits & Wavy." Perched on the Sea Gypsy's third floor near the south end, this condo enjoys views of the Pacific Ocean and the famous D River. How many vaction rentals do you know with both an ocean view and a river view?

Biscuits & Wavy sleeps four in two separate sleeping areas. It has the most unique Murphy bed in the building, custom-built by the owner so you can look out the window as you drift off to sleep in a comfy queen. The master bedroom features a brand new (as of 2019) king bed. If you like a soft bed, this will suit your needs. It's a top-of-the-line memory foam bed. There are two full bathrooms and many modern amenities throughout the condo.

The kitchenette was just updated by the owners with the addition an oven to make it a full kitchen. After baking some biscuits, head down to the wavy coastline to search for agates and seashells by the seashore. There are natural tide pools just a short walk to the north. Right to the south, adjacent to the Sea Gypsy, is the D River — the world's shortest. You and your kids can play in the ankle-high river all day long (season permitting). With this condo being located on the south end of the building, the D River is a big part of your viewing experience. When it's too cold to wade in the D River, you can see salmon migrating up it during the winters. We've seen a bald eagle stalking the salmon the past three winters.

New laminate flooring was installed in 324's hallway that connects the oceanfront suite to the master bedroom. New carpet was installed in the rest of the 658-square-foot condo in January 2018. There is hardly an inch of this vacation rental that hasn't recently been improved by the owners. They tiled part of the kitchen, brought in all-new furniture and are constantly tweaking it with the goal of perfection. The couch in the living area reclines for comfort. The brand-new, 55-inch TV is on a sturdy swivel-mount so you can watch it from the living room, or tilt it toward the full kitchen for the latest Gordon Ramsey episode.

When you're not wading through the D River, or swimming in the ocean, check out the Sea Gypsy's indoor saltwater pool and sauna. There are two outdoor gas grills available for your use as well.

Sea Gypsy No. 126 is a ground floor condo with bright colors and a theme based on a famous American soda. We call it "Coastal Cola."

This condo was completely remodeled in March 2018 by its owners. Coastal Cola's carpet was replaced by a hardwood floor throughout the 610-square-foot space. An oven was added to the kitchen, which is stocked with new plates, cookware and utensils. Brand new TVs were installed, window treatments were updated and the condo took on a new personality.

Coastal Cola is what happens when Norman Rockwell, and the beach and Coca Cola have a baby. No. 126 has the convenience of being close one of the Sea Gypsy's three easy beach access points. You can open your glass-sliding door, walk onto the patio, then take in the view of the ocean and the river right below. Being on the south end of the Sea Gypsy, this condo has an excellent view of the famous D River, the world's shortest. A stairway just to the right of your beachfront door takes you down to the sand.

Four guests can comfortably sleep in two separate sleeping areas. There's a king bed in the master bedroom, and a new pullout sofa in the oceanfront living room. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms. You'll notice a lot of thought has gone into this kitchen, as the cookware and utensils are mostly new and there's a nostalgic American feel.

There is complimentary password-protected Wi-fi. The Sea Gypsy has a heated, indoor pool and a sauna. Take a walk north on the beach to some natural tidepools.

Sea Gypsy No. 118, which we call "A Wave From It All," can sleep up to four between a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. It has two full bathrooms, with both bathtubs upgraded with handheld shower heads and grab bars.

"A Wave From It All" has one of the most custom kitchens at the Sea Gypsy. The white cabinetry was updated recently by the owners. The kitchen has been remodeled to include a granite-topped island, giving you much more room to cook. This island doubles as a dining surface. Pull up four high chairs and have bacon and eggs while you watch the harbor seals bob up and down in the shallow waves outside. The kitchen has a full range, microwave, and is stocked with all the basic cooking supplies you’ll need. The refrigerator in this unit is much larger than most of the others in our 50-unit rental pool.

There is not an inch of this condo that doesn't feature the personal touches of the owners. They've carefully painted accent walls to complement the furnishings. The pastel colors and wainscoting in the master bedroom makes this separate sleeping area a peaceful place to rest. Welcome to "Hello Squiddy," a fun, eclectic beachfront condo that is also known as Sea Gypsy Unit 216. This is one of the newest condo to join the Sea Gypsy Rentals family.

The condo will accommodate up to five vacationers comfortably. All the beds in the living room fold away during the day, giving you more room to play. There is a new king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa-bed in the living room, and a love seat that folds out to become a twin sleeper, perfect for a child. There are two full bathrooms and a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher and a Keurig. This unit just changed ownership, with the new owners giving it a thorough makeover.

They repainted the entire interior, giving it a bright modern look. Just about everything in this condo is new: all the furniture, the two sofa-beds and the king in the bedroom. In the living room, two vacationers can sleep on the large sofa. The smaller sofa converts into a twin.

This condo is a true gem. On top of all its wonderful features —including two brand new 55-inch Roku TVs — the unobstructed ocean view simply cannot be beat.

Ready for the beach? The Sea Gypsy has three beach access points, all with just a few steps down to the sand. Arguably, we have the best beach access in Lincoln City and the entire Oregon coast. The D River (which is the world's shortest) is right next to our building, featuring shallow areas for children to play in. Our facility is both beachfront and riverfront.

Walk 10-15 minutes to the north where you will find natural tidepools.

Welcome to "Ahoy Story," a second-floor condo at the Sea Gypsy with unbelievable views of the coastline. This space comfortably sleeps 5 vacationers with some of the best beach access you'll find anywhere. The condo hugs the coastline, and is near the shortest of three beach access points in front the Sea Gypsy.

What makes our place famous is the unbeatable beach access and the living arrangements. This isn't a box with four walls. It's a condominium with two separate sleeping areas, a full kitchen and two private bathrooms. Ahoy Story, also known as Sea Gypsy No. 202, was completely remodeled recently. Everything is new: the carpet, the kitchen cabinets, the bathroom tubs and all the appliances.

No. 202 "Ahoy Story" is one of the few Sea Gypsy condos that sleeps five. The bedroom features an queen bed and a twin bed. Guests are always giving us feedback about how much they loved the softness of the queen. The oceanfront living room features a queen sofa-bed as well.

If there's a Julia Child in your party, she'll love the full kitchen. The owners have spared no details. Of course, it has an oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The owners of the condo have made sure you have just about everything you need to make an extravagant meal. They stay in their unit often, and want you to consider it home as much as they do.

This unit is at the north end of the facility. The stairs to the beach nearest "Ahoy Story" are only six short steps from the sand. From there, you can walk north 10-15 minutes to natural tide pools, where you can observe starfish, hermit crabs, sea urchins and plenty of other surprises. Just to the south of the Sea Gypsy is the famous D River, the shortest river in the world. The water here is ankle-deep, which offers your little ones a safe place to play. If you're not so much into outdoor wading, try the Sea Gypsy's heated, indoor saltwater pool. There's a sauna in there, too.

Sea Gypsy No. 119 "Tidey Whitey" is one of the few remaining units that bring back that nostalgia of your childhood when you visited the Sea Gypsy. The owners have made very few changes, so it's a very well-kept time capsule of the way the old "Sea Gypsy Motel" use to be. The unit features two queen beds, two full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchenette (minus an oven; includes stove-top burners only).

Sea Gypsy No. 105 is a premium ground-floor condo with a relaxed, casual vibe that we call "Reef Witherspoon." This unit sleeps four with a queen bed and pullout queen sofa and two full bathrooms. It invites you to hang out and enjoy the surf just beyond your 8-foot tall glass-sliding door.

A well-equipped kitchen, abundant cookware, utensils, gadgets, silverware, glasses and dinnerware make meal preparing a pleasure. The unit was added to the rental pool in November 2019 with completely new furnishings; including a new sofa, ocean-view recliner, new table and chairs, new bed and mattress, new storage, and new bedside tables and lamps with USB charging ports. The new owners purchased it at the end of 2019, breathing new life into the space, making it much brighter and, perhaps, Legally Blonder.

The bedroom provides room for personal options; adequate floor space for a pack-and-play if you're traveling with tiny humans; room to negotiate the space if you are mobility-challenged and rely on walking aids.

The unit is ideally suited for anyone who is mobility-challenged. There are no steps into this groundfloor condo. The en-suite bath has a hand-held shower head, disability-assist grab bars, and a shower chair is conveniently located in the unit. Unit 105 is located adjacent to a handicapped parking space. Additionally, direct beach access, six shallow stairs, is only about 40 feet from your door. The year-round heated, saltwater pool and dry sauna, as well as on-site laundry, are just steps from the condo.

Enjoy complimentary beach chairs on the grassy patio, where you can watch your children play in the sand, enjoy a glass of wine, and views of kites, seabirds and the bobbing heads of harbor seals in the shallow waves beyond. With stunning views of crashing waves, this condo is an absolute must get. This is Sea Gypsy No. 221, otherwise known as "Beauty and the Beach." Stay here and enjoy miles of expansive, easy-walking on the sand where you can visit mazing tide pools, collect seashells, search for hidden glass floats and more. From this second-floor condo you can enjoy the breathtaking ocean and witness its marvelous sunsets, rain or shine.

Beauty and the Beach is divided into two separate sleeping areas. The main room, which faces the ocean, boasts a sleeper-sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and plenty of seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot and other small appliances, along with cookware and utensils. Enjoy the savings and quality of home-cooked meals at a large dining table. This room has a newer TV, with cable, a DVD player and a variety of DVDs.

Down the hall you will find a master bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom and another television with cable. This unit is very quiet and is a perfect retreat for singles, couples, or families!

We are located one block off of Highway 101, where the only sound you will hear will be the peaceful ocean right outside of your window. Relax, while watching an unforgettable sunset, disappearing beyond the horizon.

You are minutes away from wonderful shops, the Lincoln City Outlets, great dining and Chinook Winds Casino. The D River is located just south of the condo and it's famous. Why? Because it's the shortest river in the world. During the warmer months, you and your children can wade in the ankle-deep river. During the colder months, you can watch salmon migrate up the waters.

When you stay in No. 221 Beauty and the Beach, you have access to the Sea Gypsy's indoor saltwater pool. We also have a sauna and some outdoor propane grills for your use.

Sea Gypsy No. 316, which we call "Finders Keepers," is a third-floor condo that enjoys an incredible view of the coastline. It sleeps 6 in two separate sleeping areas with a full kitchen and two full bathrooms.

Unit 316 is perched on the Sea Gypsy's third floor near the center of our property. This condo just oozes cozy. It’s warm and inviting decor will just add to the soothing view you get from this upper level unit.

The master bedroom has a private entry, a full bathroom, and a very comfortable king bed. In the oceanside suite you'll find a full-sized Murphy bed, and a queen pullout sofa. Take a couples trip and don't worry about privacy, you can absolutely have a fun getaway as a group but also get private couple time in the evening. Let the ocean rock you to sleep with the soothing sounds of the waves lapping up on the shore. Open wide the oceanfront picture windows so you have that cool ocean breeze and that amazing sound. It’s better than any other form of sleep aid we can think of!

The full kitchen comes with most amenities you’d expect to find, including an oven, four-burner stovetop, a large microwave, decent-sized fridge, and most utensils and cookware you’d expect to find in Wolfgang Puck's kitchen. Nothing's better than cooking breakfast while staring out at the mighty Pacific Ocean!

It should be noted that new owners from Wood Village, Oregon purchased this condo in 2020 and gave it an incredible makeover. The kitchen has been completely redone with new pulls and countertop. The carpet and tiled floor are brand new. Check out the master bathroom. They tiled the showers and put in a novel new shower head that can't be described in words. You just have to try it.

It features two twins in the back bedroom, a queen sized, pull-down Murphy bed (great for putting back up and creating more space during the day), as well as a hide-a-bed couch, both in the oceanside suite. "License To Chill" is the perfect condo for any group.

The Sea Gypsy Condominium Association provides Wi-fi throughout the complex, an indoor heated pool and a dry sauna. There’s even a gas grill on-site for your use.

Other features include a full kitchen with a full sized range oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware. This unit also has two full bathrooms, stocked with fluffy towels and a starter supply of toiletries.

Are you looking for a a five-star view with three-star pricinig? Look no more. Welcome to Sea Gypsy No. 301, which we call "Sandsational."

This top-floor, corner unit at the north end of the Sea Gypsy is in a league of its own. We easily rank this property, as well as its neighbor No. 302 "Seas the Day," among the top 10 of the Sea Gypsy's 84 units. This 438-square-foot oceanfront studio can be rented along with No. 302 Seas the Day to create one large luxurious penthouse. There is a connecting door between the two units.

Nevertheless, Sandsational stands on its own as one of our most popular units. It can sleep four guests with a queen bed and a queen sleeper-sofa. This studio was remodeled head-to-toe a few years ago. Everything is new and lavish. There's a 60-inch TV, a beautiful kitchenette abd all new furniture and appliances. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.

You're on top of the world when you stay here. You'll can listen to the sounds of the waves crashing as you fall asleep at night, knowing you won't hear any footsteps above you since you're on the top floor.

Renting Sandsational gives you access to all of the Sea Gypsy's amenities. We have an indoor, heated saltwater pool and sauna. We have two outdoor gas grills for the tailgater in your party. The Sea Gypsy is as close to the beach as you can be without getting wet. There are three beach access points here, with the closest stairway to Unit 301 being just six steps from the patio to the sand. We're adjacent to the famous D River and just a 15-minute walk north to some natural tide pools.

'Searenity Now' is a spectacular top-floor condo that features stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

This unit can sleep up to four people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen television, and access to a master bathroom.

The living room features a comfortable queen sized futon, a flatscreen television, and a table and chairs right next to the large ocean facing window.

For those that want to stay in, rather than eating out. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen.

The condo comes with access to our heated, indoor pool and dry sauna which are open for guest use between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.
